Breathing exercises and Tai Chi

If we practice breathing and movements of Tai Chi that involve rotating the bones and the twisting the muscles, waste materials stagnating in the body are effectively eliminated and new energy is delivered deep into the muscles. Movements that twist and squeeze the muscles also activate the capillaries ( fine and small blood vessels ), invigorating Chi and blood circulation.

For many of students who are stilling learning the Tai Chi from me have never aged and they look at the age of the year they started learning from me and in fact some look much younger. I am also a living example. They can’t find any wrinkles on my face.

很多跟我學習太極的學生, 他們的外貌就如剛開始學習太極時一樣,保持不變, 有些外貌甚至返老還童。 我自己也是一個例証, 面上沒有皺紋。
