The moment of death is the moment of rebirth. And this depends on your conscience to decide at which plane or which country you are reborn.
There are many scientific documents in medical history has proven that a three to five years old kids can recall where they were buried and the cause of their deaths. As the kid grows older this memory can be lost. Of course the scientists and medical doctors have been doing many researches to find out more. Even you yourself can more or less guess a little of your past.
As for me I am reluctant to visit any western or European countries. I feel more at home when I visited Japan or China. Hence I can guess that my last life must be an Asian. And I know I must a monk too because of liking to study Buddhism.

烦恼是智慧. It comes from the subconscious mind the 8th consciousness. As it comes it goes. Transform this true energy to wisdom. But don’t suppress it or get rid of it. They will come more and more.

Yes i also learned from books that they can be transformed. There could be a timing for it to happen there should be scientific methods guiding us to practice step by step.

The methods must come from you. A slower one takes more time. A highly intelligent one can transform it very quickly.

A 3-Year-Old Boy Recalls Past Life, Locates His Body and Identifies The Man Who Murdered Him

We’ve all experienced the unexplainable in life at one point or another, whether it be déjà vu or out of body experiences. Yet it can be easy to forget that what we consider unusual or out of the ordinary as adults were innately accepted and understood when we were children, prior to our conditioning. This is becoming more and more apparent as cases of children who remember past lives continue to surface around the world.

The story you are about to hear is true. Imagine you are the parents of a young child and as soon as the child can talk and express ideas, he begins to refer adamantly to a past life he has had. How would you respond?

In the case of this young man, there was more than just talk going on. He continuously insisted that he remembered a past life and that in that life he was murdered. The boy led his parents to a very specific spot and told them that this is where he had died. The parents felt compelled to give in and begin digging at the spot.

Can you guess what they found? Yes, a corpse! To add to the fascination of this amazing story, the boy also led his parents to the location of the ax that was used in his murder and this is thought to explain the red mark he was born with on his forehead.

The boy eventually told his parents the exact name of his murderer and after some time, the man was located and even confessed to the crime. The occurrence of past lives is still in the realm of theory from a standpoint of science, yet stories like these are extremely compelling and difficult to explain away. What do you think? Do we live multiple lives? Is it possible to remember them?

Past life regression analysis need more research. In fact, children below 5 year old live with their past life memories. A scrupulous watch on their behaviour and language, we can decipher the mysterious past life. I believe it so.

Many years ago I also read a Buddhism book on “Rebirth”, they told of many people, telling amaizing stories about their past lives, even know where they stayed, names of families and friends with accuracy.

Unhappiness is real and at the same time is illusive

Negativity deprives us of happiness and peacefulness.

It is just a face of a coin. The other side of the same coin is positivity.

What we need to do is to flip it over to the other side and remain there. Then you are always swimming in the sea of happiness and peacefulness.

It is real and at the same time is illusive. When you slap yourself you feel the pain. It is real. However the pain does not last long and it goes away. It can’t stand on its own. Hence we say it is illusive.

Buddhism is simple to understand and there is no secret in it

Buddhism is a way of life with a scientific approach.

It acts as a magnifying glass to see clearly the reality of life and the truth that can be explored in the garden of your heart where flowers of compassion, wisdom, loving-kindness, selflessness, and equanimity bloom.

It is just so simple to understand and there is no secret in it.

Have you find benefactor(s) in life to shelter through storms and rains

Your behaviour and motivation tells what kind of person you are.

If you are surrounded with friends who constantly need your guidance and assistance you are of course a beneficial one to others. You should be humble and obliging. It is very rare to find such a person.

I am lucky because I do find some benefactors in my life to shelter me through storms and rains. Have you find yours?
