Use your heart, instead of intelligent mind, to learn and practice meditation and Tai Chi

印度大师尼萨伽达塔( Sri Nisargadatta ) 说 :” 心智创造深渊, 而心跨过了它。”

The saddest thing on earth is our intelligent mind has failed at most time to have a direct communication or contact with our heart where the true nature is.

Most creations and mishaps are created by our intelligent mind that causes short span of happiness but long term of suffering. These sufferings comprise of fear, disappointment, sicknesses, worries all sorts of failures, many sleepless nights and many other more.

To cure and to overcome such suffering, we need to deal with our heart where the original happiness, compassion, love, forgiveness and all kinds of remedies, to assist and guide us, to go through most of the difficult and fearful situations and difficulties.

I always ask my students to learn and practice meditation and Tai Chi using their heart.

Merge and understand the wisdom of all the enlightened masters

To merge the 4 elements to form a seed syllabus: written down by a great enlightened grand master.

To me this is a wisdom full of nectar. It will take me years to be sip such nectar of wisdom to comprehend it.

My knowledgeable students used to ask me how to blossom their in depth wisdom. The wise way is to merge and understand the wisdom of all the enlightened masters. Ponder over some precious words or phrases written by the enlightened masters can raise your wisdom at times, to a height as high as reaching the mountain top. To maintain such a wisdom within you, you need to destroy your egoistic and proud mind.

Isn’t 轉識为智 means : “Transform knowledge into wisdom” ? If this is correct, then how to relate 4 elements with knowledge, and wisdom with seed syllabus ?

識 here it means beside the 4 elements every cell and atom have be transformed including the electric and magnetically substances to wisdom into a seed of the syllabus of om.

You will miss the unpopular knowing master while busily collecting popular masters

How long can you make use of your friend? You think you are smart. But the smart and wise one will keep a sincere and true friend in deed for life.

It is difficult to identify a diamond from gem like stones. It is even a pity and sad to let the unpopular knowing master away while keeping on collecting popular masters who will waste your precious time.

I always ask myself how many ten more years can I have to learn from a truthful master. I was lucky then even all my masters who had passed away, have left some little useful art for me to go along with my life. You will miss the diamond while busily collecting stones.
