A easier way to remain peaceful with joy

Mindfulness is like mirror reflecting on all the thoughts good or evil running in your mind.

As long as you watch your running thoughts and don’t develop on them, they will settle down like dust. Your mind will be unperturbed and still.

This is the easier way to remain peaceful with joy. Your wisdom will slowly awaken from here.

Yes asking one self couple of times in a day” am I fully aware?” Is a nice way to wake oneself up. Especially while driving your car 🙂

Master Chow’s Reply :
Triple gems are the Buddha , Dharma and the Sangha. Take refuge on these. Dedicate merits to the unseen forces so that they have sufficient goodness to travel to the white light, the original source for rebirth.

Wake up from suffering – see & understand & appreciate the reality of life

If a person has not totally gone through
failures,
wrong accusations,
pains of critical illnesses
and loss of the beloved ones
can never understand what is the truth of suffering.

Only going through the stormy rains
can one wakes up
to see and understand and appreciate
the reality of life.

The Middle Path on how we associate with all relationship

Contributed by my good enlightened friend from Malaysia.

The 6 senses is the channel carrying inputs thru our central nervous system the body brings into the cognitive (brain) to perceive the experience .

We seek pleasure and avoid pain but our teachers prescribed the Middle Path. It is not a less of both this extremes but really a reorientation of how we associate with all relationship in a harmonious manner.

Love & Pray

Love the people who treat you right.
Pray for those who don’t.

Thank you for the reminder . …We need to see how we create hate and fear from an objective perspective (the world) and the subjective feeling within the body when we interpret the situation we see.

The mental image we perceive is what we need to change, thus process is within and not outside.

However we feel responsible to change the world but not our own faults!

Well said I am following sir…Thanks for your thoughtful post…

my humble comment:- shouldn’t it be:-
Pray for the people who treat you right
Pray for those who don’t…… ?

Those who treat you right are well blessed. As for whose who don’t are miserable lots. That is why they need blessings.

I like the sentence, Master Chow, it shows that u have a big heart. 宰相肚里能乘船。。。。

Yes! We must learn to replace hate and animosity with pity for those that slight us. Often people like that are going through Hell on the inside and are taking their hatred of themselves and their life out on you.

A method to shield yourself before meditation or sleeping

The way to protect yourself from your unseen debt collectors and evil ones is to learn to shield yourself up by putting a wall around you. In meditation and sleeping we need to have it to allow us to sleep well.

Before starting to do our meditation we need to take our refuge to the triple gems and do repentance. After the meditation we send your merits and compassion to those unseen beings to pacify their anger of revenge. We can also offer them with incense and flowers and chant the mantras to guide them to the white light to gain their rebirth.

This method helps to prevent us from getting critical illnesses and uncalled for misfortune, caused by these revengeful unseen debt collectors and other evil forces done by some left handed path masters.

A way to cultivate your wisdom

Knowing or unknowingly
your journey of learning has never end
through your 6 senses opening to the outside world.

The best is to sit quietly to ponder it
and sieve out the unsuitable ones.

This is a way to cultivate your wisdom
to face your coming future
and to see the truth for practice and application.
