Our human existence and body is not easy to come by because it requires the accumulation of a great deal of meritorious karma over countless lifetimes. Even if we get a human existence, we still find many difficult conditions, such as being born deaf and dumb, being born on a country where there is no Dharma.
Life is impermanent, we should not postpone practising the Dharma to next month or next year, and not waste our capacities of body, speech and mind.
To know our Natural State, we need to make full use of the body, speech and mind in practising the Dharma.
